The Business Park for the Recovery of Materials of the Lands of Santa Maria, is a business park with a strong component of environmental protection and improvement, aimed at the recovery and recycling of materials.
Despite this component, all industrial, commercial or warehousing companies may be installed in PERM, provided they are compatible with the primary activity of the Business Park.
PERM's operating model contemplates common services such as security, video surveillance, treatment services or the maintenance of public green spaces. The headquarters building, with a small auditorium, restaurant and bar, meeting / training rooms will contribute decisively to an increased competitiveness of the companies installed there. The PERM project was developed following the most modern trends in business parks, with road infrastructure, water supply, sanitation, natural gas, street lighting and telecommunications networks (fibre optics).
