Founded in 1976, Irmãos Cavaco has emerged as a family based company, starting its activity in quarrying and production of crushed aggregate.

The sustained growth and economic and financial consolidation have allowed it to extend its activity to the public works. The availability of raw materials of his quarry has led to that coastal protection works had been the first bet and projects with a strong maritime component the natural evolution.

Despite its special vocation for marine works, the company also performs other types of public and private projects, in particular infrastructure, sewage treatment plants, buildings and bridges.
